M-PESA customers can now withdrawal cash through Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) ATMs, following a partnership deal between DTB and Vodacom Tanzania.

“It has been DTB’s strategy to improve the service delivery to existing and potential customers all over Tanzania.
DTB aims to bring banking closer to people all over Tanzania,” according to a statement issued in Dar es
Salaam.
Head of Sales and Marketing for DTB, Mr Sylvester Bahati, said: “It is the service of its kind that enables more convenience to M-pesa users.” Mr Salum Mwalim, Vodacom Manager for External Affairs said, “This is yet another milestone that we are marking today.
