E-banking in Tanzania , Bank of Africa launches

Customers can access the service by using a smartphone after filling out the B-Web application form at any Bank of Africa office.  

The bank says the system provides transfers of up to TSh1 million and enables customers to send and receive money, according to Tanzania  Daily News.

Senior marketing manager Solomon Haule stressed the service will not only be used at branch level but also across Africa and other parts of the world as well.
